Quarter assessment includes exterior building insurance, pest control, HD cable via Xfinity, high-speed internet, POA common charges, management and reserve funding.
Water is included in the quarterly assessment.
The Sea Oats POA covers: landscaping, irrigation, clubhouse, pool maintenance, recreational court maintenance, lake maintenance, roadway and street lighting, trash and recycling pick up, and management and janitorial services.
